Not likely.
You have gone a couple of hours over the stated game time as defined by Steam.
Hi this coffee I got from you 3 days ago is cold, can I get a refund, this seems unacceptable to me.
DayZ Mod, was officially released on February 21, 2013. Tad more than 2 years kind sir. Is it still reasonable? When will it not be reasonable anymore?
Hi, thanks for brewing this coffe for me - it's a bit cold now after 3 years and was just as cold when you gave it to me so can I have my money back? What? It's still brewing? Oh..
This is not the mod...
Are they even trying anymore?
He probably thinks that Rocket is still the lead dev.
Well... That was the mod, and not the standalone, so shift that date to december of 2013, the start of the actual games development (or the first public alpha version was sold).
It's nearing 3 years fast enough, which was their projected devlopment time when they started, with delays that could be pushed as late as 5 or 6 years and stay within reasonable game development expectations, if the company was happy to continue paying developers to work on it.
I meant the whole game's development lasting 5 or 6 years in total would not be unheard of at all.
