Can I Respawn have O- blood type?

I want O- blood type my character cuz I want help another people.

But I never see Blood type minus.

Is it possible have minus blood type?

Blood type O- is a rare blood type even for real life, you just have to keep respawning until you get it.

Or just find a plasma bag and use that. Works the same in Dayz as giving blood.

Yes ab is MORE RARE but O- is still rare none the less.

Edit: 1,339,724,852 in China and 0.3% are O-...

It's all based off race and location but it's rare.

I just read that O- are universal donor, so anyone with O- can transfuse blood to another person.
