New Handsaw uses?

Anyone know what the new hand saw in 1.0.3 is even used for? Literally the wiki hasnt been updated in forever and all the patch notes say is "Added Hand Saw" and no video are out yet or even official ones showing it off instead they show'd off the buggy ass car.

Anyone got any ideas? I know a mod uses the model before it was released for roof building but I doubt thats going to be it, maybe we get more planks from logs with it?

Ive just been using it and all i could do so far was to cut the planks, probably just a more practical tool than the hack saw, maybe it dont damage so easily.
