Yes, I have seen that on Youtube etc...

It's my next, go to item :).

I thought that it could be combined with any other back pack. The cosmetic value of using a Hunters Back Pack though, just makes it look more bad ass, especially with a Suppressed M4. When NVG's come in, it will be time to go full on Special Op's :).

Failing that, I might dump my TTsKO Jacket, for a Raincoat, since I'll only be loosing 2 slot's of inventory space, and see if the Raincoat actually does prevent bad weather effects on my toon.

Combine that SMERSH Vest, with a Hunters Back Pack, the TTsKO set, and a Tent, and that should be more storage than you'll ever need for a week long rambling holiday, in the Chernarus Outback.

Shove a mountain backpack and a tent beside you, and you got all the stuff on the server

Yeah. that's pretty much what I'm thinking :).

You know, when persistant loot works, one area of the map is just going to be all Mountain Back Packs and Tent's, lol. A sea of Green and White linen everywhere. A one stop, Shopping Mall.

It's gonna be awesome. Imagine finding 2 or so tents and bags deeper in the forest, with a lot of loot in it.
It would be heaven

Yeah, but also heavily guarded on clan servers, I'd reckon. I think it might be time to brush up on some Mosin Techniques :).
I'm calling it now: The best place to find tents will be where the map ends, in that beyond area where there are no trees at all.

Until they fix it a year and a half from now, of course.

I'd say you'd be more likely to find them around major Cities, like Zelenogorsk, Elektro, Berezino, and Vybor. Also by Military Bases, Air Fields and especially fixed Helicopter Crash Site locations.

Maybe even see a few scattered along the coast, near spawn locations, for players who like to horde stuff and know that they are going to die, at some point, so they'll put a tent up on the coast so that they can instantly gear.
