Anyone know what the wrench does? Besides using it as a weapon, the wiki says you can "lock" car parts? I put the thing in my hand, look at car parts and nothing happens.

you can lock and unlock vehicle wheels with a lug wrench / tire iron, not sure about the regular wrench. there's also a mod called Flip Transport where you can use a wrench to flip vehicles that get stuck.
