.22 sporter how many shots to the head to KO?

How many headshots up close does it take to knock someone out or kill with a sporter .22?
I just snuck up on someone and headshoted them from about 2metres away in the back of the head. (they had no helmet on I'm pretty sure)

They appeared to not be fazed by it and spun around and ran at me. I shot them 3 more times in the chest/abdomen. (after that I was panicking a bit as I had run out of ammo and had no backup melee)
They were nearly dead; as after running out of ammo I killed them with a single power-punch when we starting brawling.
I was surprised though, I thought they'd at least get knocked out by a near point blank headshot. I saw their head was bleeding and their body.
Is the .22 really that weak?

Also, how many shots to the leg to break a leg?

I've been 1 shot killed by a .22 to the face. I had another guy unload a whole clip on me and barely touched me. It was a pulp fiction moment.

Best way to find out is to go try it for yourself.

I did try, it seemed not to work very well. Almost got beaten to death with a broomstick.

upper head = oneshot
lower part of head = ~50 damage
If player has any helmet, mask or hat (even if there is no protection) 22lr will do only 50 damage to head.
22lr dont have any damage penalty at ~ 150m.

A hat though. like a beanie will stop your head getting blown off. that's dumb lol.
yeah, i keep uninstalling this game and re-installing it. nothing quite like it. : )

That think with upper/lower part of head actualy a bug(i think) only with .22lr ammo, because any other guns make always full damage to head regardless of the upper or lower part of the head and items on head. I created ticket on Feedback Tracker and waiting for someone to tell me if it's a bug or not.

what with the low calibre, kind of makes sense. Don't know not a gun expert.
