Because the ones in the thread you sent are clear issue with AtoC
Ensure Motherboard BIOS is up to date, ensure you are running Windows 10 1909 version (uses the PCIe 4 better)
Use something like DDU to remove any lingering older drivers then install the latest AMD Drivers.
Also try disabling free sync if enabled and use in game vsync
.
Finally DO NOT use any MSI Afterburner software or other GPU monitoring software, if you want FPS use steams overlay!! (really seems to ♥♥♥♥ up these new AMD GPU's!)
Also as an after note, just checked a 5600 (yes 5600 not 5700) users Dayz.cfg file under documents\dayz\ the settings which we found to work where the following:
MSAA=0;
PostFX=2;
VSync=1;
FXAO=1;
AToC=0;
AnisoFilter=4;
Might be worth having a look!
