What does a "pill" symbol mean on the bottom right corner?

You know the little area where it shows the health, blood, food, etc. Well for the first time I have a symbol that is shaped like a pill. I'm not sure what it means. Anyone mind helping me out? Thanks

Yeah, I did throw up just once during the symbol. And then 5 mins passed and it might've gone away I think. It might have something to do with being sick.
