How do i fill the wire mesh barrier?
I presumed I needed to place it and then use a shovel to fill it, but I dont get any option to do this?

If I leave it empty, when I log back in, it has closed up and laying on the floor. Thats if it is still there.

Place it and look at it with shovel in hands. They don`t seem to be persistent for me though.

they will despawn after a server restart. barb wire will too
