Looking for a quick and easy tutorial for a localhost DayZ Server with admin rights

As I am looking to start a quick and dirty setup, just for experimenting locally, I am looking for a tutorial that to the point and simple steps, explains what needs to be done. I've seen some tutorials so far, for a number of reasons, probably outdated, they didn't work out. Others seem to sort of assume that people automatically know what directories and files go where, or just mention these in relative terms, where one would need absolute terms.

Sorry, forgot something....
Here on steam you can download all the files needed in the tools section..

It will install into your steam library under the folder called "DayZServer"
I'd suggest leaving that folder alone and just keep it for backup..
You can copy the entire folder to another location or even another machine (with or without steam installed) Then configure that copy and put a shortcut on your desktop to the batch file you'll use to launch it..
