ssd space occupied by 35gb of dayz data ?!
hey im sorry but i just noticed i have 35 gb of dayz data on my ssd under appdata>local>dayz.
most of these files are .rpt or .mdmp and i wanna delete them very bad but dont know if they are useful for the game to work properly. did anyone have the same issue? is this data useful?
the files titles ar like these:
DayZ_x64_2021-03-29_16-48-07_2021-03-29_19-27-03.mdmp
DayZ_x64_2021-03-29_16-48-07.RPT
thanks to everyone will answer this.

This should be pinned as a public service... I have not deleted mine in a loooong time... 15 odd gigs.

It's save to delete mdmp and rpt files.

Will be nice if the game (same for Arma) delete this files at a moment of to muts GB, I discovver this amount off files in Arma and learn on there to weekly empty manual the folders.

I clear mine always. being the RPT files, if any MDMP files and the script_XXXX-XX-XX_XX-XX-XX files, never been a problem.
I also run a LAN server and always clear them from the server profiles folder. Never been a problem.

I hope you are cleaning your internet browsers history and Data also. :)

Just delete them all. They are dump files for logs and crashes.
