Can we eat raw fish and not get sick?
Seeing as how sashimi is a real thing, would make sense to me.

you will get sick and end up dying from it, always cook any food unless you are going to starve to death right then

if you take a vitamin you can eat and drink anything and not get sick but only while the vitamin symbol is visible on your stats bar

just because people eat raw fish does not mean its safe.
its still a very high risk of food poisoning or getting things like worms.

rates of worms in humans have risin like 300% in the years since sushi started to become a fad

its more simple just to have it act like every other meat really.
no point in coding it to not infect. when in real life its only technically still safe to eat raw when its basically just been killed right out of the water.

To answer your game question.

YES.

Only if you have all your stats maxed out, meaning your food or water is max, blood, and health. You can also pop a vitamin to help ensure you don't get sick.

Better off to just cook them.

if you take a charcoal tablet before you can also eat nearly everything, even raw, burnt or rotten stuff.

Sushi is cooked food so thats not accurate. Sashimi isn't a fad its been around for thousands of years..hundreds of thousands of years in fact.

Sashimi is indeed raw fish, but it has been pre-frozen down to -20 Celsius at least 24 hours in advance. So even though they advertise it as raw, it has been treated. A raw fish from the ocean is not sashimi, and should not be eaten raw.

This is an urban legend.

People are getting more intestinal parasites from deviant behavior, not a food that Japan has had no problem with for ages.

Well, perhaps don't rely on 3 year old info, when the game literally just had an update that changed Food Poisoning mechanics .. :steamfacepalm:

you had to pop it beforehand anyways, so even if the game still worked like that, you would've gotten sick.
