try get it on sale. it has a learning curve for finding food. map knowledge is king
its a survival game built on a ancient spaghetti code engine that has been updated but still very much spaghetti code.
so the game is janky and can ve very buggy.
but as other have said. it can be very fun, its well optimised and it is a very hard game if you dont know what to do.
once you log out of a server your character disappears so their is no worry of getting killed when offline.
i would avoid basebuilding for now tho.
that rewires alot of knowledge of the game and alot of time and is not really great for solo players.
Scale from difficultness (1-10)
Rust would be a 1 or 2
DayZ would be a 8 or 9
It will get easier and more fun if you are dedicated to it, but at the start you just keep dying without even knowing why or what you did wrong, but you learn from that :)
Yes its like rust, its a hardcore survival game, 1 bullet u die. Teaming up with random players is the cherry on top. Not being an ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ makes all the money, trust me. Mic is required for best experience.
