Tier Loot

I'm trying to inprove loot on my server and noticed for a few days now that there is Tier2, Tier3, and Tier4 but does anybody know where that is?

I'm tempted to say "that means there are 3 tiers", but that would be truthful yet unkind.

from what i understand the Tier1 to Tier4 is to do with areas of the map if i can find it i will post a map that someone else had that shows roughly the Tiers.

thats making sence then, so tier1 must be what was putting the food on the boats along the coast

My brother and i played around with a server, he toyed with the spawn tables, adding an extra 0 to basically everything. .45 rounds were the most common thing on the map at that point...

We also found plums... I'd never seen plums before..
