Vomiting for no reason

As the title says, I eat or drink and i just vomit

no sickness except for a cold which i cant get rid of even after about 8 Terawhateverthehell pills

did not drink anything from a stream
drank some water out of a bottle and now i can barely keep anything down
so i'm gonna starve or dehydrate to death because i cant stop vomiting

Was it the water? cause its something i just found, with the water content named "Water"

if it was contaminated then that's pretty top level amounts of smooth brain even though it just says "Water" on anything dirty or clean.

i kept some honey down, I logged out so i dont have to deal with having to die from vomiting myself to death and starving or dehydrating to death.

Well, you drank some abd water, empty every single bottle you find and fill them at a pump or you can also take on vitamine pill before drinking it because it will renforce your immunity against bacteries, or the best way to drink stagnant/dirty water is to purifing it by using chlorine tablets or by boiling it.

So, to survive, you'll need to keep drinking and eating a little bit, just stay in the yellow icon, or you'll vomit again and again. Just eat and drink a bit when you get the red icons to make it back to yellow.

And by the way, you can contract a flu again if you drink a bottle you drank in when you were sick. Clean it with with alcohol if you wanna make it okay. I hope it helped you. ^^
