Advice #2 don’t take the wheels off a car as it will launch it across the map
Unfortunately the issue with vehicles is not a server problem but the actual mechanics of the cars themselves. I learnt my lesson a long time ago and now don’t touch them with a 10 foot barge pole.
Quite worrying when you sit there realising that arma 4 will be on this engine
its bad server performance and nothing else.
Nah, not always. Bad server performance sure does rly increase the problems, but even on a real beast of localserver and server-fps in the high 4 digit range do vehicle sometimes flip in the air and other crazy things can happen - but its rare :)
#1 Don't exaggerate
#2 Also not true.
Follow advice #3 further above.
Well, #2 isn't false tbh, at least not entirely. Sarka still does launch to the moon ocasionally when taking off wheels, had seen this myself twice this year already.
#3 works best since there's serverside check
Frequant server restarts seem to be helping somewhat
