Vehicle parts are locked in place?
so some good tires are locked in place along with a ruined radiator and an drained battery. how do i unlock these parts they have a wrench icon which ive never seen before on them

Use screwdriver to unlock the battery and radiator

tires can be locked/unlocked by tire iron.
