dayz limb stretch glitch

help, when ever i log out of dayz and log back in one of the severs this my characters limbs stretch out. how do i fix this?

that praying mantis glitch? havent seen that for some time^^
i remember deleting my dayz profiles folder did the trick. but u have to adjust your settings afterwards again.

Thats funny. (not that it is happening with you) as etwas said, it has been awhile... Heck old DZ (A2) had that bug as well. I have a load of old screenshots with stretched limbs going all crazy.

IF YOU HAVE THE BUG WHEN YOUR HANDS ARE BROKEN:

1) Exit server in place with no unnatural objects (cars, buildings, fences, towers) in 20m radius at least
2) Close your game
3) Close your launcher
4)
4.1) If you use DayzSALauncher - launch it - find server and select option - Launch game without joining server - check is your char is ok on main screen - if yes - join server by pushing PLAY button
4.2) If you use native launcher - launch it - check mod-list - run game - check that your char hands is ok no on main screen - join server by pushing PLAY button .
5) If nothing helps -
5.1) Check if you have updated mods.
5.2) Verify your game data. (make sure all boxes are ticked before continuing)
5.3) Check if you don't have experimental version..
5.4) Go to in this folder: \steamapps\workshop\content\221100 - remove everything from that folder and download mods from workshop again.

same thing happen to me on editor dayz how do i
fix that
