Hospitals and Clinics Useless
It's so easy to get sick, yet I can scavenge hospital after hospital after hospital while constantly puking and NEVER find antibiotics (only useless masks and clothes) only to eventually die. And this is on a LAN server so none of them have been looted.

Ridiculous.

check surrounding buildings and vehicle wrecks too. also the medical infected might carry some.

Oh I've been checking everything. More charcoal tablets and codeine pills than I could carry. Not one single antibiotic though. Guess it's time to F11. smh

unlucky man. usually these meds spawn equally. but thats dayz - what u need most, never shows up.

unlucky man. usually these meds spawn equally. but thats dayz - what u need most, never shows up.

It's beyond ridiculous at this point. New spawn, 3 hospitals and their surroundings checked and still not one single antibiotic to be found.

Its a lan server, only one player..

They could then increase the loot if they needed. Is it there server, a LAN would suggest this,
Then use Admin Jedi powers to "manifest" some med's.

their are plenty of custom servers out there that take care of this problem, The server I play on now has increase loot and the server resets 2 times a day. I have extra meds at my camp site.

It is easy to NOT get sick. I never get sick at all on vanilla servers, only ever on hardcore. Best solution is prevention, I never bother picking up Tetra or charcoal etc now

Dont know the actual situation on vanilla, on a harsh modded i get sick every few hours, sometimes with multiple diseases. :)

Ugh... this kinda thing is why I don't like hardcore. I was playing on one where every time you got hit by an infected you got sick and it caused vision to blur periodically with no apparent way to cure it. And the fact that almost all hardcore servers add a lot more annoying infected

Should be woundinfection, you get it with unclean rags etc, a few tetras will help. Or you can get salmonella sometimes, chance on z hitting you. :)

Ah okay, well I am pretty sure I tried Tetra and everything else. The server I played on with this seemed to be a pretty much certain chance of contracting the illness whenever you got hit, which I found really annoying so I stopped playing it

Often you need a few tetras to cure woundinfection, especially if you have it for a long period. With bandages your always fine.
Salmonella on unblocked z hit is ok, but not if its set to high chance in config.
