How to take a screenshot in DayZ

So I tried several times to take a screenshots in DayZ, for some beautiful moments, sightings, and more! But Steam wont make a screenshot, only in DayZ! And I know I have to press F12. DayZ is the only game where I cant take screenshots. And in the options for keybinds is also no option for screenshots. Is there some combo you need to press or what exactly is the problem here?

f12 it is. might check settings in steam.

I did it already. F12, I never changed it

dunno then. maybe u binded another command in dayz on f12? just reset the keys to default and see if that works.

screenshots work for me, works the same as any other game on steam.

are you using a seperate launcher? that may have something to do with it.

Im not quite sure, I didnt install any launcher for DayZ

open steam in game first

I had the same problem, I have to run steam in big picture mode for screenshots to work

Yes, or switch to Big Picture Mode before launching DayZ.
