Where are the server data about the players stored?

I created my own server, I can’t find where the records about the players are stored, what weapons they have, at what coordinates they left the server, etc.
There is nothing needed in the players.db file

Try your documents dayz server folder? I have mine written to a specific directory and maybe you should look into that. The .ADM files are good too, will let you work out if the guy is playing the game or just looking to grief others!

Players.db. You're not going to be able to read the blobs unless you do some reverse engineering, which breaks terms and conditions. All you can really do is change the alive state and/or delete the record.

But is it possible to combine Extdb3 and DayZ? or is it not real?
