LIVONIA- SICK
Look i know it may just be the way the game is and it will probably get patched.
BUT

Is there a way to cure salmonellosis ? usually my first contact with a zombie gets me sick and i spend the rest of my characters short life just dying or not leaving a building because ill throw up n die

i hear you are just meant to ride it out with a little water, but it takes so damn long, and i can instantly just get sick again.

Is it really so broken at the moment or am i doing something wrong ?

I purify all my water now, only drink from wells or purified bottles.

Im just always sick and dying. this isn't a survival game this is just manic time wasting.

When you say purified bottles I hope you're talking about ones YOU purified and not the ones you find looting. ONLY wells have clean water. Water from any other source is trouble. When you do purify using chlorine tabs or tincture of alcohol do it after you've filled the water container (bottle, canteen, jerry can, empty tincture of alcohol bottle). Empty water containers don't need to be purified before filling - which is kind of stupid but that's DayZ biology.

Zombies dont make your Character sick.
Learn and survive, dont ask for removal.

Even if sick you can survive with some practice, but its difficult, so dont risk getting sick in the first place if you dont have the items to treat it.

Probably playing on modded with medical attention and blaming the game.

i know how to bloody survive but you only get salmonellosis from eating raw meat. which i have never done. zombie hits CAN make you sick i believe with cholera, yet whenever i take a blood test i have Salmonella. and have not yet been able to cure it it any way. even only drinking purified water and taking anti biotics, yet i still get sick and i still can't ever remove its effects. i play on hardcore servers so maybe the chances are higher ?

All im saying is. Does anyone know a good way to get rid of it or is it just anti boys and avoiding dirty water ?

You are playing on a modded server using the Medical Attention mod. In that mod zombie hit does cause salmonella infection. To learn how to deal with that and its other features read about the mod on its workshop page. Normal DayZ procedures do not work, the mod is more advanced.
