I tryed do make tanned leather with pelt + plant material + oil barrel with 1% water in it. Dont work.

So i tryed to creat garden lime with plant material + guts. Dont work too. How can i make tanned leather on the current version?

It is not. I have followed this game very closely ever since it came out in 2013. You can take my word for it

Nica is right tho Vannila doesn't work but many modded servers have it

i used to love tanning dyeing, and crafting an entire shirt and pants, and hat. Also with a boar skin courier pack, i would live by a pond, and fish.

A lot of features in Alpha period were half-baked and incompatible with the new engine. They were taken out to be "worked on". With how Bohemia is handling DayZ these days, i wouldn't be surprised if some of these functions never came back officially, as to not make the game too difficult for less hardcore players.
