Character laughing, but not from human flesh

My character started laughing randomly, i know it could be kuru but, i didn't eat human flesh!! From what it can be..

you also get the laughs from drinking alcohol tincture, but it just lasts a few minutes.

I found some fat in barrel in forest so, i think thats it
