How to set the specified IP for Dayz

Server has multiple IPS. How to specify a server and an IP

Could you please explain what you mean with "Server has multiple IPS"? Should I understand the server runs multiple Game Servers? Or that the computer is ran from a VPS? I'm not sure what you mean but if we are talking about the Public IP Adress than that won't change anything. What'll you have to focus on is the PORT. (Example: Port is 1234, Local: 192.168.x.x:1234 or or publicly would be xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx:1234 and if someone wants to connect to your DayZ server you'll have to provide him your Public IP + Port. However, If you run through a VPS or run multiple Game Servers / Servers make sure the port you assign to DayZ is differen't than the one's already in use.

The port can be changed, but the server IP is still the same as before. It can only be connected directly. Do I want to change the IP directly in the server list?

you dont change the IP. You change the port. Think of it like this, The IP is the address, it points to a big skyscraper. The PORT is the room number. so to get your mail going into the right place, you dont need to get another skyscraper for each room, you just change the room number the letter is sent to, in this case, the PORT.

you need to wait for a moment before steam registers the server for it to show up on the server list. It might take a while
