Improvised bow damage

I know any arrow kills a zombie. And I learned a feathered breaks players legs. How much chest arrows to KO or kill them for the sharpend stick, feathered and bone arrow?

In the past 1 to Kill a not fully health player with low chest protection clothes.
Not tested again so i dont know.

Do you remember what kind of arrow you used?

I always use improvised ones. sharpened stick +feathers.
normal sticks dont fly far, improvised are much better, stones ones even a little more + more bone and shock damage to players.

Bone arrows have been pretty much a one hit kill in chest or head, improvised are one hit to the head and if they arnt full health can be a one shot to the chest, sharpened sticks can be 2-3 in chest and head from experience.

Bone tipped seem to do more damage but you'd have to get on exp and check out exactly how much damage :)

Compound Bow ? or do you mean compound crossbow ?

I only wish you could walk slowly with the the strign is pulled, so you can effectivy peek corners with a ready shot :D I expect this to be a feature to be implemented tho, cause why can you not walk ;D Its not a longbow
