Blaze vs Mosin?
Right now I have a Blaze with Ghilie Rifle Wrap & a scope. I also have a Mosin with Ghilie Rifle Wrap, a scope, & a plastic bottle supressor.

Which gun is better? From what I understand you can fire both shots with the Blaze at the same time (and I assume they are both equally accurate and both land in the same place?) meaning you one shot anyone you hit, plus you can adjust the scope. I've also heard that both have equally good range?
So is the Blaze indeed better in this case? All I need it for is sniping. I already have a USG and a Double Barrel Shotgun too for other situations. I tend to aim for body-shots because I am new to the game and I like one shotting people.

So what is better?

Mosin easily more power and just all round the better rifle

How so? If the stuff I listed is true, then Blaze is better

It all depends on your tastes. With the blaze you can shoot 2 rounds in a row and you can fit an hunting scope on it. Unlike the Mosin which takes PU scope only. To be honest, I'd take the blaze if I wanted to camp at long range, but the Mosin if I wanted to camp at medium range or even close range.

For longer range sniping/accuracy - Blaze (with hunting scope)

Medium range, better stopping power and higher ammo - Mosin (with PU scope)

I would keep the Blaze if you need it only for sniping because it has the better scope.
both guns do the same damage and two.308 rounds are more than enough stopping power.

only advantage of the Mosin is the bigger internal mag and slightly better handling maybe.
(at least when sawn off)

eventually it's also a question for which gun you have more ammo...

I’d say keep the Blaze and keep looking for the Tundra .308. It’s basically a .308 mosin.

Go with the Mosin higher power more ammo and is pretty effective at 600m. Keep the .308 ammo and the scope/Wrap and keep it till you find a Tundra then you'll have 2 good rifles

how do you define 'higher power'?

7.62x54 does the same damage as .308.
and don't forget you can fire both bullets at once with the Blaze...if we're speaking in terms of power ;)

mosin because you dont have to reload every two shots, 7.62x54r is more common though .308 isnt to hard to find.

I'd personaly stick with a mosin for sniping till i found a SVD which i consider the best sniper rifle. that said i wouldent turn down the M70 if i found it while carring a mosin but i'd take an svd over it anyday. The blaze is a nice coastal sniper or for hunting cows and stuff but i wouldent be using it long term due to the double barrel nature.

also as a side note all .308 and 7.62x54r rifles do 110 damage per shot, tecnicly the two shot burst of the blaze means it dose 220

sniping at that distance is so boring

is there a downside to sawing off the mosin ? like accuracy or more sway to gun ? i mostly stock up on mosins so it would be good to know.

Sawing off a gun decreases effective range due to a shorter barrel length, but makes the gun much lighter and more compact
