How to add mods to my nitrado server?

Does anyone know a good tutorial on how to add mods to my server then connect to that server?
I tried the tutorial provided on the nitrado web page but its not working.

Probably none of that will be useful with that gsp... I asked about BEC and they said "it is an untrusted 3rd party app." Hopefully for OP they are better now.
