At about 40 metres or a little higher i can:
burst fire him with any of the SMG's (.380, 9mm, .45)
i can pop him with a high power rifle cartridge (.308, 5.56, 7.62)
and he will still be running, albeit highly damaged and bleeding but enough to get out of the fight for a second and reposition/bandage
or i can shoot him with buckshot and he wont take much damage or lose much blood but pass out on the floor allowing me to casually walk up to him and finish the job.
It seems too unbalanced to me
the rifles do cause this to happen, mosin is the best, but you must hit in the upper chest, because the shotgun fires a spread it happens each and every time making it OP.
A solution could be a third shotgun cartridge which would be bird shot. Deadly at close range but awful at longer distances and make buck ♥♥♥♥ rarer.
Just take a look on servers everyone is using shotgun, at close and medium range it is king over all other guns. It should, IMO, only be king at close range. Otherwise it makes the SMG's and pistols utterly useless. Especially beings as the shotgun is a low tier weapon available pretty much everywhere.
