I don´t think it is a "don´t know how to drive" problem (not on my personal experience). I was +1200 hrs in game and many many more driving in Real Life and already broke 4 cars in less than a week. Doesn´t matter if the server are more or less laggy at any moment the car start to do "strange" things as jumping without control even when not moving or everything gets frezee for a couple seconds and after this you appear crashed in a fence.
In my personal opinion vehicles are not ready to be in game now and make people wasting theyr time gathering the parts to get it ruinned or despawned is pointless.
drive under 50kmh in the country
drive under 30kmh through towns/cities
dont drive when it rains
dont swerve for any reason whatsoever
this is the only way to make a car last more than 15 minutes.
What about i had something into it? It's not very clever to make it despawn in such a short time
