Hud disappeared

i can see my hud (food water blood etc.) just if i open the inventory.
why?

go into the options under gameplay and enable it. I read somewhere that pressing tilde and right mouse button also turns it off. I personally prefer ity off and hope they make an option to permanently disable it on servers. Even in the inventory screen

ahhhh... thanks for that... mine's been missing and it got me killed tonight when i drew my torch instead of my pistol upon being accosted by a bandit in an enclosed space.

its tilde and left mouse click. tilde alone shows or hide the hotkeys.

As punisher said, left mouse also works but is better as you won't aim / ready gun at the same time.
IDK why it needs to be split up into categories with key combos like this. ~ should just hide all huds by default and you should be able to further config what uis gets hidden or not in the options menu.
However dayz doesn't even have an option to disable head bob soooo I'm not surprised it's convoluted.
Edit: If you press ~ it hides the hot bar
If you press and hold ~ it hides the other UI
However if you have a mod that adds some HUD elements they wont be hidden, which sucks.

Also if you hold tilde down it switches off all the HUD elements

I've got this Happening on my server and I can't figure it out Other players Having same issue on my server Does anyone know if there's any sitting in the files
