how can i craft i burlap bag ?

Did you combine burlap sack with a rope first?
If already did be sure courier bag is empty before combining it with 3 sticks.

What is the advantages of this bag. Capacity wise it looks quite small, so I am guessing the advantage is weight/camo?

Never made one so I don't know.

There is no "advantage", other than not having to go into towns or military sites to get goods. It is for the true survivor that lives off of crafting and scavenging away from civilization as much as possible. Or something to just get by until another can be found.
The Courier bag and Improvised pack used to be heavier than all others (so much has changed/is changing) is this going to still be applicable? Not sure.
A cut burlap sack (strap) is to make ghillie crafts (gun wrap, ghillie suits). A bag is crafted by using a "burlap sack", uncut, and a rope. (You can craft a rope by combining two stacks of 6 rags) Then further enlarge the bag by adding 3 sticks. (Alot is changing, like having to cut fire wood and cut the logs down into sticks...I dont even know whats to come )
