Report a translation problem
I typically try and implement my thumb for D when leaning right, and my pinky for A when leaning left. Very uncomfortable, but it works for me.
Furthermore, leaning in this game really isn't that important. I'd only really use it to quickly peak and spot someone, as leaning can disorientate your aim. And even then, I find shoulder peaking better.
