In terms of modding. Most of the time you need them on server AND player. unless it's a server-side mod.

Damn, I don't have Discord but I am sure the comments section will be pretty rich.
I really appreciate all the suggestions, I just need to understand how it works, it is (to my noob eyes) a very different modding system then other games I mod, like dear old Skyrim, Kenshi, MC and the like...
