Fragnet Server Owners

I am at a total loss as to how to backup my newly acquired server. The Control Panel has no obvious function to do this. Tried the www but nothing comes up, raised a support ticket and was told the server will auto save every 12 hours. How do I backup my server?

fragnet is worst host services, and dayz paying a money for that sity servers :DD Support at fragnet terrible.

I had a backup persistance button when I was with them.. Toss in a ticket and ask them. Best luck!

So, after logging multiple tickets, I have still not had a resolution to my problem: how to backup one's server to protect persistance. Seems even Fragnet don't know, since they rely on a once every 12 hrs auto backup system. Then, when I ask them to rollback my server, I get told they cannot identify me and it's a security risk. Next challenge; getting refunded, watch this space.

Update: Resolved! Fragnet guys stepped up and fixed my issues, turns out they had an internal issue which has now been resolved. Very impressed by the way they turned this around; happy customer!

Sorry, cannot even log in there anymore, wow they clean up nice at least... I am less ready to heap blame on the GSP's after having crappy DayZ service on 3 of them now, the game control panel had a backup pers button and restore pers button, there was also a button to get "some" file access, telling you its backup'd every 24 hours is fine but say you wanted to deploy said backup??? I feel for you, thats a chunk of cash to toss down, was so glad when they released the server files... hope you get it sorted/refunded, stay safe out there!
