How To fix sickness

Drank some water and ate some food and i got a bacteria symbol on my status bar. Not sure how to fix it

I heard codeine pills and sitting by a fire works along with keeping hydration and food up.

I did all that for 2 hours and still couldn't get rid of sickness... Looks like a bug that is extremely annoying!

If its bacteria the T-pills are for bacterial and not virus! Cant recall how to spell the T-pills.

Sadly most of the time, the medications won't help. Some cases people have gone on for hours and the sickness still hadn't gone away. The best thing that helps is to just respawn. I don't know if there is anything else that helps make it go away.

Charcoal tablets should do it but depending on how long you have had the illness you may need Tetracycline instead.
Codeine is a mild pain killer with morphine being the next on the scale for serious pain.
Sailene is for dehydration.

Either use more than one pill of charcoal or Tetracycline, taking the whole box might not be worth it if you're short of medication.

For every few hours of game time try one pill and check in with your Dr
