where to find burlap sacks?

Just check all the houses and garages haha i found one by the train station yesterday

depends as the loot is random. i found more night vision scopes than burlap sacks the last days (searched more industrial than mili).
also, for example, today i searched whole kamensk mili base, the 2 barracks south east from it at the holiday camp and the 4 barrcks near north east airfield and there wasnt a single weapon (not even a smg or a pistol).
next day u can go in there and find 2 aks and 2 m4s in 4 containers.
so its not always easy :)
