skinning cows

I killed a cow today and could not figure out how to skin it. any help would be appreciated

hold knife in hand, point at cow. u should get the option to skin then. maybe it was blocked by some object (cow dead in a bush or something)

the server I'm on doesn't have visual options for anything. (unless that's an option I changed somehow) I don't even get options to open doors but they open when I press F

hold your tilde key to bring the UI back (or tap it for the hotkeys)
