Hold shotgun in hands
Press and hold the button you assigned the ammo to ??
I'm yet to try a quicker way than drag and drop so it's just a guess from me at the moment
I mean, if
I try to reload a weapon in real life, I'm sure I will be slower than that
If you focus your playtime in gunfighting and PvP, then I assume it will be very annoying.
How many shells can your shotgun hold? Maybe you can try with a gun with a Mag, so you don't have to put the bullet in chamber every time. I'm pretty sure changing mags from hotbar is possible.
Goodluck though shotgun damage is 100% t-t-trash
but at least we can't see anything at night because "realism"!
Yeah game feels like a lie. It has this theme of realism. And then wenn you shoot someone with a shotgun, it has no stopping power at all. That's a lie. I can bare the clunky ness when the realism is the overall theme. But a shotgun having no stoppingpower feels like a lie.
I'm done with this game for now. Maybe next year.
As for reloading, as others have said you just put the ammo on the hotbar and then press and hold the key to keep feeding shells into the weapon, applies to any weapon with internal magazine.
That's why it makes loading faster and why the animation seemingly takes ammo from the side pocket.
