-on this server buggy zombies and animals, it is impossible to play normally.
-server version does not match the latest version of the game.
-as I understand it is a PVE server, whatever that means.

PLEASE ADD MORE (correctly working) OFFICIAL SERVERS FOR 0.62 (legacy), and not PVE!!

That's not an official server. I do not believe the devs are going to keep servers for out of date versions up. Their focus is on .63.

It's not an offical server, that will be a private hive as it's outdated version.

Why I dont want to play 0.63 -> because in my opinion, in 0.63 they ruined the DayZ and Atmosphere of the DayZ: textures, clouds, lighting, colors, gamma - it looks more like GTA5 now. day is too light, the night is super dark. They added: stupid blur (DoF) on weapons, stupid parkour, stupid icons, stupid zombie voices, stupid bird voices (like in the jungle), and etc...
And yes in 0.62 better performance/optimization (I mean FPS) I compared.

I like to play on Nice DayZ v0.62 Legacy because of some interesting settings we had once on the Ex v0.62 Experimental-server... at example garden plots and vegetables you see days after you have plant them... that is what we want to see... we have fog too and it rains often! It's not just a Hardcore-Server, but retro.

For v0.63 "Beta" is no hope in sight. That what Player foxSon writes is sadly true. I cannot understand why all people play v0.63. I think, DayZ ends in the end as H1Z1.

0.62 hasn't seen an update in over a year because they stopped working on a dinosaur game engine and created a new one.
