Compile Error FIX.

After reviewing the patch notes a little closer, I noticed the compile error has a fix.

Go to your documents/dayz folder, shown here: https://gyazo.com/00984ffc5fa3ec1d105bd5172fde91a5

Delete both those files. This was instructed by the developers in the patch notes.

This immediatley fixed my issue.

I don't have any files with XML in that folder.

mmmh ..you should have the yourusername.core.xml and also the yourusername.dayz_preset_User.xml there ..run a validation of your localfiles...

The game should create both files on launch. If you deleted it and they are no longer there, then launch your game. Your issue might be fixed.

I showed the solution in my gif and you said you didnt have them, you should of been able to see them if you actually looked... but im glad you fixed your issue lol

Had the same issue - deleted the two XMLs (just like the solution for the cliient) from "...steamapps\common\DayZServer\Users\Survivor\" - seems to resolve it for me.

Does not resolve issue for me. :(

-edit- I reinstalled. Game works fine now.

I did also delete the XMLs with the same names in "..\Documents\DayZ Other Profiles\Server\" - that alone didn't work, but probably you need to do both.

I've followed the steps exactly and i still get the error.
