DayZ
Switching versions
Is there a way of switching back to experimental from stress test branch without having to download the files again?

Yes. Goto your SteamApps/Common folder. Create a folder named DayZ Backup, inside that folder create 2 new folders, one named 62 & the other 63. Then goto your Steam program & update your game to the 62 version, go back to your SteamApp/Common folder, find your DayZ folder & copy it to your folder named 62 in the DayZ Backup folder. Again go back to your Steam program & update your 62 DayZ to 63. Go back to your SteamApps/Common folder & copy the updated 63 DayZ folder to your 63 folder in DayZ Backup. Now Just cut & paste the 62 or 63 versions into your SteamApps folder from your DayZ backups whenever you wish to play that version. No more need to update. Just remember to cut & paste the version you don't want to play back into your DayZ Backup folder before cutting & pasting they one you do want to play in SteamApps/Common. Don't worry if the Steam Games library says DayZ(experimental) if you have 62 currently installed. It still runs fine.

There should be another stress test available once they figure what caused the server performance issues, so if i were you i'd just leave it as it is and go play something else in the meantime.
