Where can you find a hammer?
I've searched all the garages and shacks from Cherno to Berenzino but I can't seem to find any hammers.

Are they not spawning at the moment or am I looking in the wrong places?

Huh, I must be unlucky then. It's been a couple hours and I still can't find a hammer, only a sledgehammer.
