How do you hold your breath in this patch?
ive checked all the controls coudlnt find it

shift is for zoom/dezoom

I'm pretty sure that's the mousewheel when aiming in sights

Mouse wheel for zooming when you have a scope on your gun, as in the PU scope with a mosin.

Left CTRL to hold your breath and zoom in a little bit on iron sights. No zoom in with scopes.
