Weird "thumbs up" emote when using actions - 0.63

Hello.

I have a huge problem with my 0.63 version. Whenever I try to do an action (e.g. opening cans of food, loading magasines, bandaging myself and so on) i have to SPAM right click in order to complete what I am doing because my character wants to do the "thumbs up" emote instead of doing the action. When I right click without having to do an action and without rasing my weapon/fists first he also does the emote.

It is really weird and I hope someone has got a solution to my problem...
Is anyone else experiencing the same?

Are you sure it's not your keyboard stuck on the key tied to that emote? Otherwise it might be the config file that's corrupt, you could try deleting the DayZ folder in "My Documents" and see if that helps. Changing keybinds is generally not recommended in 0.63 since it can and will mess up your controls.

I have run into one similar issue, and that is when trying to clean my hands with a water bottle or canteen my character does the "slit throat" emote instead (this might just be due to missing animation). Cleaning hands works in ponds or streams though, as well as at a water pump.
