No plan to add UH-1H HUEY?

Pretty depressing that i've heard nothing about the HUEY. I mean cmon, how can you give us a "Liittle Bird" when were accustomed to a massive HUEY? Plus the Huey could do ton's of great things, Hold cargo, players, and rain an unforgiving death from above.

What does a "Little Bird" do?

+1 for huey, the iconic dayz heli.

To be fair back in the mod it was much harder to shoot people from a huey door gun than people think. Its eaiser to compensate for a moving target when your stationary, and you never were in the huey.

Besides one good AS50 round could kill the engine and small arms fire could also dissable it.

Yes i don't think the community wanted to play a Dayz that had less content then the mod. Vehicles and helicopters are big ticket items. People should be excited about them. We have tons of civilian class vehicles. It would only be fitting to have military class vehicles also. Much like gun's and clothing.

There's also the thing that you need to have weaponry that can deal with them properly.
The mod had AS50 but the standalone only has SVD.

Not to mention it just doesnt feel right, if the guns were removed then sure.
But having weaponry on vehicles in general just feels bad.

Id say its ok as long as the gunner is exposed to small arms. So like an MG on the back of a pickup would be ok as long as you have to find ammo for it. Same with huey, door gunners are so exposed, youd be surprised how many times we lost people to small arms fire before we could pinpoint them. They have much better cover and concealment on the ground. Plenty more places to hide in SA aswell buildings wise :)

this just means you had a bad pilot
