Plate Carrier is too heavy !

As title says its too heavy to be useful.Cant have anything else other than ak,3 mags and few cans of food to be able to sprint.Also its weight is 14kg (Not 12 like wiki says)

No idea how much the real life equivalent of the in-game plate carrier weighs, but Russian type 6 (the best protection, I think.) weighs roughly 11kg or so.

No idea what ur talking about but the one in game should be from around 7kg to 10 at max so yea ..

Of course solo it is way harder. I think that's ok.

I've found and discarded these a few times now. I've grown accustomed to not using a vest at all, I carry my ammo in my pockets and food in my backpack. If I REALLY need to run I can dump the backpack and sprint away, laughing at the wheezing bandits in their ballistic vests...

They should tweak the stamina system. As soon as you have standard gear, clothes, food/water, 1 - 2 guns and a backpack and take on a plate carrier or a press vest you basically cant sprint. It's really bad.

Yea I agree with that.Imo if u have stamina u should be able to sprint its not like ur gonna sprint for long anyways so that way its way more realistic.

The weight system/stamina needs to be adjusted big time. I carry 3 bottles of water on me and my stamina bar is knocked down wayyy too much. You can barely carry anything and that bar drops drasticaly.

Three? You don't need that much. One is all that's needed. Also drop the bottle for the smaller & lighter canteen asap.

I don't remember how heavy the carrier is in this game... but if your carrying two eight pound (think that should be level III/IIIA plates?) plates along plus a little bit of weight due to the carrier itself, your gonna really start feeling the weight.
Normally you don't sprint everywhere as fast as possible IRL, so I say it might translate over well... then again I don't remember how heavy the carrier is ingame.
