This is a very common item, you should be able to find it anywhere.

I don't think suppressors can be repaired. Even real ones don't last very long.

I could be wrong and maybe there is a way but i doubt it.

Sheds, Barns, Shipping containers, Hunting stands/shacks, Anyware thats farm and general military related really.... So if its not a house you will probably find one.

I usually find my weapons cleaning kits in sheds - and no to suppressors, they are consumables - always stock up on these, except when they are 'badly damaged'

Suppressors cannot be repaired in dayz, but modern suppressors have a practically unlimited lifespan (aside from "wet" suppressors) as long as they are periodically cleaned.
