If you navigate to one of the following folders on your system....
\Steam\steamapps\common\DayZ\Missions\dayzOffline.ChernarusPlus\db
\Steam\steamapps\common\DayZServer\mpmissions\dayzOffline.chernarusplus\db
.. then look at the types.xml file. The value you are looking for is" <lifetime> </lifetime> " and it is set in seconds.
For example, If you search the types.xml file for "MediumTent" you'll find this...
