Night Vision scope doesn't work

It's just black. All i see is black. I have a battery in it, the aiming stuff is lit up in orange but i can't see the world through the scope. Help?

Dont think the NV scope has orange crosshairs. Sounds like you have the PSO scope to me, which isnt NV

It was the NV scope, when i logged out and relogged later it worked.
